Start with a small set. These are packages that are Recommends of ltsp-server
and ldm-server and as Recommends of Recommends not pulled in automatically.

As pointed out by pkern, we need them on netinst media too.
Also removed the old mention of businesscard media in the top of

Add {data,tasks,tools/boot}/{kali-dev,kali-rolling} symlinks
...
Those symlinks make it easier to build Kali images with debian-cd.
They are pointing to "sid" so that they are automatically updated
when the underlying symlink is updated. It makes senses since Kali
is a rolling distribution based on Debian Testing.

Add make and gcc back to forcecd1, to allow building out of tree kernel wifi modules.
...
I removed this and more earlier while cleaning out undocuented cruft. (I
have not added back module-assistant so far, since it needs build-essential
which would pull in additional dependencies.)
