hopefully fix powermac bootable CD problem, check whether mkhybrid or
...
mkisofs is used, if mkhybrid do as we always have, if mkisofs add
args: -hfs-bless $n/install/powermac. note this *REQUIRES* the
mkisofs from woody, potato's will not work.
don't make HFS images for CDs > 1, its not needed.
I will have someone test this to ensure it works asap.

ofboot.b: fix random boot failure bug, restore console output so yaboot is visible.

yaboot.conf: bump delay to 10 seconds, some machines take awhile for
the video to warm up. Add `debian-novideo' option which appends
video=ofonly for machines lacking proper framebuffer support in the
kernel.

uses add_files to add things to the tree rather than cp, meaning
