* Another devel branch merge: Change tools/grab_md5 to also look for
...
md5sums in the installer suite as well as the archive suite in
case they're different. Also removed old woody support, to clean
up the code a little. Updated Makefile and update-cd to match the
command-line interface change.

Updated to make woody update CDs. We fit onto two CDs for now:

CD1: alpha arm hppa i386 ia64 m68k src all
CD2: mips mipsel powerpc s390 sparc src all
Fairly big changes to cope with pools, especially needs a patched
dpkg-scanpackages which is in tools/my-dpkg-scanpackages

will now use a user-specified diff file if one is available, which
is probably more accurate than the changelog file
uses add_files to add things to the tree rather than cp, meaning
sym-links etc. happen properly

add_dirs: only create directories if they don't exist.
scanpackages: added a command line flag to not create Packages.cd files
