Add {data,tasks,tools/boot}/{kali-dev,kali-rolling} symlinks
Those symlinks make it easier to build Kali images with debian-cd. They are pointing to "sid" so that they are automatically updated when the underlying symlink is updated. It makes senses since Kali is a rolling distribution based on Debian Testing.
