Joey Hess 68ad503b3f - Revamped the README.html, removing the old manual apt setup 
instructions, various references to woody, fixing the link to the LDP
      home page, dropping reference to the basically dead non-us section,
      removing confusing references to non-free being on the CD, dropping
      references to dselect, etc.
    - Fix layout of README.txt, adding missing <p>'s after headings.
    - Drop README.mirrors and README.non-US from the CDs.

Joey Hess 41b4701375 - Remove console-keymaps from all udeb_includes; they are included 
on the cdrom initrds.
    - Switch from netcfg-static/dhcp to just netcfg.
    - Split udeb_includes for businesscard and netinst; netinst does not
      need choose-mirror, while businesscard does.

Joey Hess 672f9f0170 - Merge in d-i iso/syslinux help files from d-i CVS to data/sarge. 
Expand ${DEBIAN_VERSION}, ${MEDIA_TYPE}, and ${BUILD_DATE}
      Only f3.txt varies (due to net boot type).

    - Add "expert" mode to isolinux.cfg for sarge.

Santiago Garcia Mantinan 00f30e2ef9 Modified the yaboot structure to better support new releases, moved release 
specific files (yaboot.conf and boot.msg) to the release subdir and changed
boot scripts for potato and woody to adjust to this.

Added sarge script for booting powerpcs (still lacks some subarches).

Santiago Garcia Mantinan 964374e12e Added a customized version of isolinux that tells the user to try cds 2-5 
or read the doc in case of an isolinux failure. Made de modifications to
use our isolinux, maybe now we don't need to recomend syslinux :-?

Ethan Benson e47eb73aec ofboot.b: fix random boot failure bug, restore console output so yaboot is visible. 
yaboot.conf: bump delay to 10 seconds, some machines take awhile for
the video to warm up.  Add `debian-novideo' option which appends
video=ofonly for machines lacking proper framebuffer support in the
kernel.

Anne Bezemer 73945a9e42 * Updated pi-makelist, now excludes all of the sparc live filesystem. 
* Added Recommends: debianutils because pi-makelist uses tempfile(1)
  since 2.2.3; also mentioned this in the debian-cd/YACS README.
