DEBVERSION (+examples) now like "2.2 r0" according to discussions on

debian-cd list.
Copied FORCENONUSONCD1 to debian/CONF.sh, where it wasn't mentioned yet
(i.e. it would become a "hidden feature" in the .deb package).
