Marco Amadori 423ebf8f22 Do not exclude console-setup-udeb (Helps: #603974) 
* it is not in d-i initrd image anymore, and is required to pass keyboard
configuration to /target console-setup package.

Luigi Capriotti c4c316ed4f Support for newer grub-common package. 
A recent change in grub-common package (#584415) has mandated
the use of a destination format in calls to grub-mkimage, a
parameter that was not previously supported.
