a12a4b71fb Support expanding wildcards in udeb excludes. 
This was preventing "kernel-image-*" "exclude" entries from removing these
packages. This saves about 5 MiB of space in all.

59e0b310a3 Correct logic in LH_BOOTAPPEND_INSTALL handling

1010bcc390 Generate Release file for chroot_local-packages when APT_SECURE is disabled. 
This was preventing the pinning mechanism to work when it security was
disabled.
