debootstrap: Optionally use 'eatmydata' 
If 'eatmydata' is found, use it.
On a CI system calling 'sync' influences the other processes that are
running on the shared host. 'debootstrap' calls 'sync' in its second
stage. For live-build, the synchronisation is not required.
