Juan RP	e9231b5999	More changes to {pre,post}_<stage> stuff. Rather than using a file for stuff like this, change them to be functions in templates. Now if any template want to use them, it can specify for example a {pre,post}_<stage>() shell function. More changes to {pre,post}_<stage> stuff.

Rather than using a file for stuff like this, change them to be
functions in templates. Now if any template want to use them, it
can specify for example a {pre,post}_<stage>() shell function.

Also remove some NetBSD specific stuff that is not useful anymore.
