Cyril Brulebois eb4c47366a [backports] Limit binary packages. 
Let's stick to:
 - *-di (udebs) from src:linux;
 - linux-image-* from src:linux (excl. -dbg packages);
 - linux-image-* from src:linux-latest (excl. -dbg packages).

Cyril Brulebois 8b6b5865f2 [backports] Include all binaries built by the linux source package. 
Beware: there are many versions in stretch-backports at the moment,
probably because it's very seldomly decrufted.

Currently:
 - 4.13.13-1~bpo9+1
 - 4.14.7-1~bpo9+1
 - 4.14.13-1~bpo9+1
 - 4.15.11-1~bpo9+1
 - 4.16.5-1~bpo9+1
 - 4.16.16-2~bpo9+1
 - 4.17.8-1~bpo9+1

Note: It's probably better to limit this to udebs and linux-image-*
packages; development packages, headers, and compilers are probably a
bit superfluous.

When BACKPORTS is defined, look for firmware in $codename-backports
first, then in $codename

Implemented in 2f34797490 for bug #767253
released a few months later in v3.1.17, but then broken again a few days
later in 9dd0616b78 by removing the
uncompressed files too early.

Steve McIntyre b6b7c3801a Refactor the non-cd-booting code 
we've already got code to copy the d-i images into a handy place for
users. Move it into a common function and reference that for all the
arches affected.
